Ground Indonesian Cinnamon

Indonesian cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) is grown mainly in Sumatra, Indonesia and stands out from other cinnamon varieties, such as Ceylon cinnamon as its color is darker brown and its taste leaves a stronger sweetness.

According to research, it has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and heating properties and is rich in antioxidants that are associated with many health benefits such as lowering cholesterol, boosting metabolism and reducing body weight.
