Mix for Fish
Anatoli Mix for Fish has just a hint of warmth and is the perfect blend of herbs and spices to bring out the flavors of fish.
Marjoram, oregano, and lemon subtly enhance the natural flavors of all fish, while the combination of black pepper with the milder green pepper adds a slight kick and smoothness.
When baking fish, either wrapped in parchment or with tomato slices, sprinkle with Anatoli Mix for Fish–and don’t forget to add a dash inside.
For grilled fish, whisk Anatoli Mix for Fish into a little olive oil and baste while cooking. Sprinkle the spice mix into the olive oil and lemon juice dressing served with the fish.
When preparing fried fish, add a dash of Anatoli Mix for Fish to the dredging flour.
