Anatoli Mix for Barbeque (B.B.Q.) is the perfect flavor enhancer for anything you cook on the grill thanks to the special blend of herbs and spices that brings out the natural flavors of meet, chicken, fish, and vegetables.

Three types of peppercorns–black, red, and green–are ground with mustard for a slight kick, while oregano and thyme inject a purely Mediterranean note. Onion, garlic, and salt are the base seasonings in this blend.

Whisk Anatoli Mix for Barbeque into olive oil. Brush meat or vegetables before placing on the grill, repeating with each turn. For tender and extremely flavorful meat, use Anatoli Mix for Barbeque in an olive oil or wine marinade. If using olive oil, the marinade can be used for basting too.
