Mix for Greek Salad
Greek salad is an integral part of Greek cuisine. Especially during the summer months, it makes its appearance in the majority of Greek tables. The main ingredients of the salad are tomato and cucumber, olive oil, oregano and salt, while green peppers, sliced onion, olives and feta can be added.
Making an assessment of its individual nutrients, Greek salad is a dish with high nutritional value as it is rich in fiber, vitamins A and C, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and beneficial monounsaturated fats. A light dish-version of it, can contain about 350-400 calories and if we add 1-2 whole grain nuts, we can consume it as a complete meal. Attention is recommended for the amount of olive oil we add, as it can greatly increase the energy content of the salad.
The mix of ANATOLI contains a variety of unique aromatic plants of the Greek land such as Oregano, Thyme, Marjoram and Honeysuckle that can accompany it to “take off” its taste. Add the mixture to the Greek traditional salad for a more intense aroma.
