Mix for Gyros

Gyros is a Greek traditional dish made from pieces of pork or chicken cooked in a special way.

The gyros got its name from the Greek word “gyra”, or otherwise rotation, around its axis, which makes the meat on the vertical metal spit where it is passed to be cooked with the fire on one side.

The ANATOLI Mix for Gyros contains a rare combination of more than ten spices such as black pepper, turmeric, cumin, sweet paprika etc. that match perfectly with our traditional dish.

Add the mixture (in a ratio of 0.5-2% of the total amount of meat) to roasted pork or chicken and red meat for a more special taste.
